This is my first entry in the good old studio log.
Just got the website up and running and am trying to take a whole lot of pictures of the studio. Today I finished recording
a project for a local band, The Fall of Eden. They have been working on this demo for about 4 weeks now and we finally
finished all the tracking for the CD. So my next two weeks of work will be prepareing the tracks for the final mixdown
and master. I have to say its been a positive recording experience with these guys, but I will be glad to move my focus
back to my personal projects. Brian(my good friend who happens to be the greatest drummer ive met) works with me in
the studio to produce original music. We are going to begin recording some new material so keep your eyes peeled for
new songs posted in the Audio Section. I am also trying to gather some audio samples from previous recordings posted
as soon as I can. As a side note I will most likely be doing some work with another local band by the name of,
Best Defense. So Ill Keep you posted on how that goes.

I apolagize for the huge delay in updating the studio log.
This is what has been going on. I had finished with Fall of Eden and they seem to be doing quite well, they recently
had a show at the Rave in WI. Good luck guys with future projects and shows.
I have been working rather diligently on gathering new material for my own project. I began recording song material
back in January and thus far I have nothing tha tis complete to post on the site. Trust me this time I will be updating more
often. New music clips also may be available.
The studio is undergoing a move and I will not be able to record for about a month untill I come back and rebuild the
studio in its new home. I will be working at Gregs studio as well as the small rig I have here at school. Dont expect too
much in a short time, I probably wont release anything untill I have recorded it through my main rig.
As I said in the news page the studio is going to be getting a few equipment updates. First I will be adding the Behringer
MX9000 as my main board as well as a Behringer BCF2000 to control things in the digital domain. These can be found at www.behringer.com
I am also looking into purchasing the APEX210 Ribbon Mic. www.apexelectronics.com
As well as other effects gear, once I get the gear page up to date I will add everything new.
Thats about it so far, Im excited about the new recordings and am pleased with what is being created so far. I will
update next time Im in the studio.

Ok well I have finished writing the bass parts and am going to lay those tracks down as soon as I get the tracks from
Greg.
The new studio location is going to be a big improvement compared to the old one. Like i said I am going to try to
scan my drawing and Ill post it here on the studio page.

So I finally decided to polish off the studio, instead of the Behringer I found this Yamaha beast to out perform
the Behringer. It Sounds amazing, I cant wait to Dropkick some tracks outa this thing. Im still software based but now
I have the capablilty to use my rack gear during the recording process instead of just mastering. Key word is transparent,
i cant believe my ears, its going to lift the music to the next level. Recording in progress, Ill add more later/

The songs are almost done with lyrics on the way. Besides for the delay this flood will cause, we plan to have another 5
song demo out before Febuary. Ill keep new studio gear posted.
